At iBridge Solutions, we believe
that the cornerstone of our Customer Service Plan and
the future of our organization begins with our
employee hiring and retention practices! As a result
of this firm belief, we developed an Employee
Recruiting Plan that requires we screen and hire
technical candidates based not only upon their
technical abilities and communication skills, but also
upon their interest in taking a stake in a dynamic
organization where they can grow and be heard from
over an extended period of time. iBridge’s Employee
Recruiting Plan is a comprehensive five phase process
that is designed to ensure that each candidate meets
the personal and technical quality standards demanded
by iBridge and by the client position for which the
candidate is being considered. These five (5) phases
include the following:
- Identification & Pre-Screen
Interview
- Technical Interview
- Face to Face Interview
- Background / Reference Check and
Drug Screening
- Pre-Client Interview Prep
This comprehensive five step process
ensures that each candidate will speak with at least
three separate iBridge employees or managers on four
separate occasions, therefore significantly improving
the odds that each candidate is “truly qualified for
and comfortable with” both iBridge’s hiring
standards and our client’s performance expectations.
It should be noted that despite the fact that we have
a comprehensive five phase interviewing process, we
have become quite adept at being able to accelerate
our process without sacrificing the integrity of it
when responding to the needs of our candidates and
clients who have asked for a quick response.
For those candidates that choose to become iBridge
employees following our interview process, we provide
a “New Employee Orientation” prior to the first
day of employment with the company. Our orientation is
designed to address any and all questions about
employment at iBridge including career development,
performance reviews, compensation reviews, employee
support, and training. Additionally, the orientation
is used to enroll the employee in his/her respective
benefit programs and to complete all necessary
payroll, human resource, and tax paperwork that must
be completed prior to employment. Lastly, the
orientation is used to prepare the new employee for
the environment at the client site, so that he/she
will be fully prepared for their first day of
employment.
