In an effort to further
differentiate ourselves from our competition, we at
iBridge have dedicated ourselves to meeting the
primary needs of our employees and our clients through
doing one very simple thing – caring! Before we hire
an employee into our company, we take the time to get
to know the person, not just his or her technical
skill set! We get to know about each candidate’s
interests, their personal and family needs, and their
plans for the future. Through these personal
discussions we are able to identify those that have
similar outlooks on life, have the aptitude and
personal skills to be successful within our company,
and most importantly those who have the level of
integrity and professionalism that we demand of
ourselves.
As with our candidates, we also take the time to get
to know our clients, their organizational structure
and vision, their working environment and I.T service
issues, and their team make-up and strategic hiring
needs. Through these in-depth discussions we are able
to more thoroughly understand how we can assist our
customers with the proper service offering or with the
proper type of type of consultant. We believe that
this process allows us to provide a much higher level
of customer service than is provided by others that
are only interested in collecting open technical
requirements from their clients.
At iBridge, we primarily hire new employees based 60%
upon aptitude, attitude, and personal skills, and 40%
based upon technical knowledge. We have always been of
the belief that you can easily teach a talented person
that possesses a strong aptitude and a good attitude a
new technical skill, but it is very difficult to teach
a person how to be a good person in the first place or
how to work well with others! For our clients, this
belief structure helps ensure that our consultant
employees and permanent placement candidates will
always be able to fit into their individual team
environments, will always conduct themselves in a
professional manner, and will likely be able to
provide a value-added level of service over the
long-term! |
