At iBridge, we firmly believe that
the cornerstone of our Customer Service Plan and the
future of our organization begins with our employee
hiring and retention practices! To promote long-term
employee loyalty and retention, we developed a
multifaceted “Employee Retention Program” that is
comprised of four primary initiatives:
- Semi-annual Client Performance
Evaluation process
- Consultant Career Plan and
Training Program
- An annual Performance
Compensation Increase process
- the iBridge Employee Support and
Mentoring Program
Through these four initiatives we
provide each employee with timely feedback regarding
their individual performance and an updated timeline
for their current project, assist each employee with
career planning and the development of a professional
training regiment, reward each employee with a
performance based compensation increase to insure that
each iBridge employee is being well compensated for
their accomplishments, and lastly can provide a mentor
for those employees who would like technical
assistance or career guidance from a peer with a
similar professional background.
In addition to the retention programs briefly
described above, we also believe in maintaining an
open door policy with all of our employees and
regularly plan employee events to promote company
involvement and teamwork! At these functions and
through our day-to-day involvement with our employees,
we also openly solicit input and new ideas on how we
can improve the company and our working relationship
with each of our employees. Examples of our company
events include regular team lunches, monthly happy
hours, our annual Holiday Party and Summer Event, and
various ad-hoc professional sporting events to which
we regularly take those employees who have contributed
to the company beyond the regular call of duty. |
