flexible compensation program that offers each
employee the opportunity to choose between two
Full-Time compensation plans! The first plan is our
traditional salaried compensation plan that includes a
comprehensive company paid benefit package, and
provides for overtime compensation which is calculated
by dividing the salary by 1,928 net annual work hours.
The second plan is our non-traditional, yet still
Full-Time, flexible hourly compensation plan which
allows each employee the option to purchase individual
group benefits for the entire family on a Pre-Tax
basis through our Ala Cart Cafeteria Style Benefit
program. Both Full-Time compensation programs allow
each employee the same opportunity for advancement and
long-term career growth, and provide for other
important benefits such as the Company 401K
and Profit Sharing Plan, I.T. training reimbursement,
employee referral bonuses, and Medical and Dependent
Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
We developed both our employee compensation and
benefits programs with flexibility in mind, because no
two individuals or families are alike! Because each
