Cost to the Employee
As part of the Salaried Employee Benefit Plan, iBridge
pays the majority of premium cost associated with the
Family Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance policies
and the Employee’s Disability, Life and AD&D
policies. Following is a description of the nominal
monthly fee for which the Employee is responsible:
Employee Only Coverage: $50.00 per
month
Employee + 1 Dependent Coverage: $130.00 per month
Family Coverage: $170.00 per month
