Through the iBridge Ala
Carte Style Cafeteria Benefit Plan, full-time iBridge
employees who choose to be paid through the
non-traditional hourly compensation program may
purchase any or all of the following group insurance
benefits on a Pre-Tax basis* for both themselves and
their family (as noted below) at a discounted group
insurance rate. All full-time hourly employees are
also eligible to participate in each of the
non-insurance related benefit programs noted below
(i.e. 401K, FSA, Training Reimbursement,
etc.), which are provided by iBridge at no cost to the
employee. New employees are eligible to purchase
and/or receive each of the following benefits upon the
first of the month following their start date!
Medical Insurance – Spouse & Family Coverage
Available
iBridge's PPO style health
care plan offers our employees the flexibility to
directly select health care providers in and outside
of the network without requiring the referral from a
primary care provider. Employees generally have a
$15.00 copayment for primary care physician office visits
(in-network), a $12.00 copayment for generic drug
prescriptions, and in-network hospitalization services are generally covered at 100% with no
deductible in network.
Dental Insurance – Spouse & Family Coverage
Available
The iBridge group dental plan allows our employees the
flexibility to seek treatment from any Dentist they
choose! Preventative exams, cleanings, and x-rays are
generally covered at 100%, fillings and simple
extractions are generally covered at 80%, and advanced
services such as crowns, dentures, and orthodontics
are generally covered at 50% after meeting the $50
annual deductible. The maximum annual benefit is
$1,000 per individual, and the maximum lifetime
orthodontia benefit is $1,000 per individual.
Vision Insurance - Spouse & Family Coverage
Available
The iBridge group vision plan from Vision Benefits of America generally covers regular eye exams, lenses, frames, and contacts at 100% when received from in-network providers.
Standard Life and AD&D Insurance – Employee
Only Available
$50,000 of standard life insurance coverage and
$100,000 or AD&D coverage may be required to be
purchased in conjunction with the purchase of the
medical plan.
Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance –
Employee Only Available
iBridge hourly employees who are unable to work
due to injury or illness are generally eligible to
receive short-term disability benefits upon their 15th
day of disability equal to 60% of their weekly salary
up to a $750 per week benefit maximum. Upon the 91st
day of continuous disability, hourly employees are
generally eligible to receive long-term disability
benefits equal to 60% of their monthly salary up to an
$8,333 per month maximum (or a $5,000 per month
benefit). *Short & Long-Term Disability premiums
must be withheld from payroll on an after-tax basis to
allow potential future disability payments to be
treated as tax-free distributions upon injury or
illness.
Medical Flexible Spending Account – Provided by
iBridge
iBridge employees may elect to have additional
pre-tax dollars withheld from their paychecks to
assist with the payment of eligible medical, dental,
or vision expenses not covered by insurance up to a
$2,000 annual maximum.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account –
Provided by iBridge
iBridge employees may elect to have additional
pre-tax dollars withheld from their paychecks to
assist with the payment of eligible dependent care
expenses up to a $5,000 annual maximum.
iBridge 401K & Profit Sharing Plan – Provided by iBridge
Eligible iBridge employees may defer on a pre-tax basis up to 25% of their annual compensation into their 401K plans, up to the IRS deferment maximum. The iBridge 401K plan offers each participant access to 15 pre-selected investment funds, as well as individual access to more than 700 additional diverse funds offered by some of the largest mutual fund companies in the country such as American Century, Janus, Franklin, Fidelity, etc.
I.T. Training Reimbursement Program – Provided by
iBridge
iBridge employees are eligible to receive I.T.
training reimbursement for all management approved
local training courses and self-paced training
materials that promote professional or technical
knowledge growth. iBridge also supports the pursuit of
each of the major industry Certification Programs such
as MCSD, MCSE, Java, PMI, Oracle DBA, Sun, Cisco,
etc., and pays for pre-approved Certification Exams
that are passed.
Elective Training & Seminar Reimbursement
Program – Provided by iBridge
iBridge technical employees may be eligible to accrue
elective training dollars and additional paid time off
that may be used to attend industry seminars or
elective classroom training courses that are outside
of the scope of the regular I.T. Training
Reimbursement Program.
Employee Referral Bonus Program – Provided by
iBridge
iBridge technical employees are eligible to
receive a bonus for each candidate referral that
results in a full-time hire. The employee bonus
consists of $1.00 for each hour billed by the referred
employee for as long as the original and referred
employee remain with iBridge! This typically means a
bonus of more than $2,000 per year! |
